In accordance with §§ 28, 29 No. 1 of the Federal German Restitution Law [BEG] a persecuted person who has suffered either considerable physical injury or damage to his health has a claim for health treatment.
The extent and fulfilment of this claim shall be in accordance with § 30, Section 1 Federal German Restitution Law [BEG] in compliance with the legislative Civil Ser-vant Accident Welfare Regulations, today regulated under §§ 33, 34 of the Civil Ser-vant Welfare Act in connection with the hereto enacted Health Treatment Ordinance laid down under § 33, Section 5, and specifically supplemented for compensation of rights by the Healing Process Directives.

However, recognition of health treatment for such incurred infliction is no longer possible in principle.
