BEG - Lodging a complaint for missing pension payment

Should you not receive a monthly pension payment on any given occasion you can inform us about this by Contact per email.

Please note when stipulating the month for which you have received no pension that the respective pension is always paid one month in advance. This means the pension paid out at the beginning of the month is the pension for this month.

Moreover, please note that technical banking or postal difficulties can lead to slight delays and first please wait to see whether the payment arrives later.

You should inform us appropriately only when your pension payment has not arrived by the middle of the month.

We will then immediately inform the bank commissioned by us to make payment. This bank will then check this matter and make direct contact with you if necessary.
